As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be at the core of one out of four product teams, tackling complex, often undefined problems within a highly complicated domain. The ideal candidate is a holistic thinker, pragmatic problem-solver and a strong UI designer.

Our flagship product, Whistleblower Software, is a top-rated platform for managing whistleblower cases. It helps organizations comply with EU whistleblowing laws by providing a secure, configurable, and easy-to-use system.

The team

You'll be working alongside a talented and experienced group, including our Head of Product Design and two Principal Designers. We're passionate about "design geeking" and fostering a culture of constructive feedback. We believe challenging each other's ideas is the best way to improve the overall quality of our work.

You'll be embedded in a small, agile team consisting of a Product Manager, a Tech Lead, and 2-3 developers. Your primary focus will be on our Whistleblower product, where you'll have a direct impact on its growth and future direction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your product team to improve and scale the core Whistleblower product, from enhancing existing user flows to launching new features
  • Work pragmatically to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions that provide significant value to our customers. We value a strong bias toward shipping new features quickly and often
  • Leverage good heuristics, established design principles, and patterns to rapidly generate and test initial solutions
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system in Figma
  • Spar and align with the design team to ensure consistency and elevating the look and feel of Formalize and Whistleblower Software


Qualifications and about you:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer, ideally with experience from SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, demonstrating a solid understanding of how to craft clear, intuitive UIs. You think in entire user journeys, not just isolated screens
  • A strong grasp of UX patterns and design principles, with well-articulated opinions on what constitutes good design
  • The ability to speak your mind, engage in healthy debate, and challenge assumptions to find the best solution for our users. You're also quick to admit when you're wrong
  • A proactive, self-driven, and curious mindset. You actively seek opportunities to learn, ask questions, and move the design process forward
  • Adaptability to a fast-changing environment and comfort engaging with a variety of stakeholders and users


Seen as an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in regulated industries like RegTech or Compliance-Tech
  • Knowledge of front-end development to facilitate better collaboration with engineering
  • Expertise working with design systems and accessibility standards

Recruitment Process

  3. Completion of talent test
  4. Prepare relevant past work to show for last interview (homework)
  5. 60 minutes in-person final interview with Head of Product Design and CTO
