We are looking to hire a skilled CRM Consultant to engage with both Travel-ISV solutions and standard Dynamics 365 Sales. You will contribute to both ensuring top-level solutions regarding travel-specific functionality and contribute to the utilization of standard functionality.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead international Dynamics Sales and TravelOperations implementations, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary bridge between customers and Product Development department, channelling insights and feedback to shape future product enhancements.
- Own post-go-live success, offering strategic guidance and innovation to help customers continuously optimize their solutions.
- Triage and resolve post-implementation issues, collaborating closely with customers to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and pain points, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to drive operational improvements.
- Document and maintain a clear overview of customer-specific customizations, processes, and features for long-term supportability.
- Drive adoption of new services and features, including setup, configuration, and change request management.
- Deliver impactful training sessions to empower end-users and ensure confident use of the ERP and TravelOperations platforms.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions, ongoing value delivery, and identification of growth opportunities.
- Mentor and support team members, while proactively escalating risks and recurring issues to leadership for resolution.
Desired Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including implementation and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of transactional finance and how it integrates with CRM solutions.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a high level of independence and ambition to drive results.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative, capable of guiding customers and internal teams through complex projects.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering value and making a difference.
- Willingness and enthusiasm for travel, both professionally and personally.
- Experience in post-implementation support, including issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- A collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams and Customer Success Managers.
- A mentorship mindset, contributing to team development and a culture of excellence.
