Our client in the financial industry is looking for an experienced GKYC Consultant to join a long-term transformation project focused on KYC data quality and governance.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 5+ years in data management or data quality roles
• Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with languages like Python, R, Java, or Scala
• Experience with Power BI, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with data taxonomy and small-scale data modeling
• Excellent stakeholder management across IT, Compliance, Legal, and Business
• Experience with financial crime domains (AML, KYC, Sanctions) is a plus
• Agile mindset and experience with SAFe is an advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Analyze KYC data to identify gaps and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and implement data standards
• Support delivery of a Group-wide KYC tool
• Develop and maintain Business Information Models (BIM)
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics
• Resolve data quality issues and support agile teams with governance best practices
• Ensure seamless data migration and integration for new KYC systems
• Build reproducible data-flows and reporting outputs using enterprise tools
• Document data definitions, lineage, and quality rules
• Contribute to data governance policies and communities of practice
