On behalf of a major pharmaceutical client, HH Consult is looking for 2 Senior Contract Managers to take the lead on supplier contracts within Process Systems and Utilities. You will optimize financial outcomes, manage deliverables, and secure project timelines, playing a key role in complex engineering projects.

Location: Kalundborg, Denmark Start: As soon as possible Duration: + 12 months Working hours: 37 hours/week Travel: Approx. 10-50 days/year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial aspects of contracts, ensuring deliverables align with project objectives.
• Continuously monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and launch mitigating actions to maintain schedule, costs, and quality.
• Handle disputes, negotiate claims, and manage contract changes in collaboration with legal and project stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, legal, procurement) and external partners (suppliers, engineering firms).
• Ensure adherence to Good Procurement Practice, including ethical sourcing and sustainability.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in procurement or contract management, with extensive expertise in process systems and utilities, including RO water treatment systems.
• Proven negotiation expertise, including claims and change management.
• Strong knowledge of good contract management practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex issues with minimal guidance.
