Mammas is looking for a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team in Odense. This is a full-time position with evening and weekend shifts. We are a busy pizzeria, and we are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the daily operations in the kitchen and help maintain a positive working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking pizzas to a high standard

• Managing daily kitchen operations

• Creating and maintaining the staff schedule

• Training and supporting new employees

• Contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience with pizza baking (mandatory)

• Leadership experience is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Ability to work independently and handle busy periods

• No language requirements
