The Role

We are seeking a Business Controller to act as a strategic partner to our leadership and operations teams. You will be responsible for translating operational data into financial insights, ensuring the profitability of our contracts, and providing the data-driven foundation for our growth across the Danish market.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Profitability: Conduct regular financial reviews of cleaning contracts to ensure margin targets are met.

• Labor & Cost Analysis: Monitor labor hours and supply costs to optimize operational efficiency.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development of budgets and financial forecasts to support our growth strategy.

• Operational Partnership: Collaborate closely with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery.

• Reporting & KPIs: Develop and maintain internal reporting on key performance indicators such as revenue per labor hour and client retention.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and internal controls.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business controlling or financial analysis, preferably within facility services or other industries.

• Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable business advice.

• Ability to build strong relationships with both financial and operational stakeholders.

• Results-oriented with a focus on long-term value creation.

• Understanding of the Nordic business landscape is an advantage.

• Fluent in English, Danish is a plus
