BECH Personale is looking for seasonal warehouse workers for DSV in Horsens to support the workload during Black Friday, Christmas sales, and the increased volume continuing into January.

Full-time, fixed shifts with the possibility to become a valued long-term part of the team.

About the job

As part of the warehouse team, you will help ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are handled efficiently, safely, and on time during the peak season. This is fast-paced, structured warehouse work where reliability and teamwork matter every day.

Your tasks will be

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Handling goods at Autostore station and preparing shipments

• Supporting colleagues across different tasks as needed.

This is full-time work on fixed hours, and you must be available throughout the season without long periods of absence.

Working hours

• Day shift: 07:00 – 15:00

• Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:00.

Both shifts finish 30 minutes earlier on Fridays.

About you

We are looking for people who are ready to contribute during a demanding peak season and who bring the right mindset.

• You have warehouse experience (an advantage but not required)

• You are reliable, punctual, and ready for full-time work

• You enjoy physical tasks and a steady work pace

• You communicate clearly in English or Danish

• You thrive in a structured and team-oriented environment.
