We are looking for a Scrum Master (Parental cover) to join our client's Advanced Analytics team within our client's Lab_ solution train. You will drive the team effectiveness, enhancing the transparency of the flow of value and flow measurements. You will work with the distributed team on a daily basis and will also be working in contribution for overall improvements on ART- and ST level with other SMs.

Location: Greater Copenhagen area, 2-3 days onsite

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Are an experienced and certified Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach with a pragmatic mindset
• Has a relevant educational background
• Understand strategy alignment and flow measurement
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills
• Motivate and coach for high performance and team synergy
• Are skilled in Scrum techniques and team facilitation
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Leading the agile ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with leaders and managers for strategy awareness
• Implement feedback processes for strategy and goal assessment
• Identifying the flow of value for the different work types to aid improvement
• Develop flow measurements to complement outcome tracking
• Align individual development goals with the team strategy
• Guide Agile practices for quality delivery and outcome
• Lead processes and align with other Scrum Masters
• Support team by managing risks and tracking progress
