Dine opgaver bliver blandt andet at:
- Udvikle idéer til Collector’s Editions i samarbejde med salg og kunder
- Definere specifikationer og detaljer for packaging-løsninger
- Sourcing af komponenter og materialer gennem vores globale netværk
- Udarbejde og følge op på indkøbsordrer og bekræftelser
- Koordinere krav til labeling og compliance med QA og kunde
- Håndtere templates til artwork og sikre korrekt levering
- Lave tidsplaner og fragtberegninger
- Holde styr på projektets mange dele og sikre tæt dialog med kunder og kolleger
- Klargøre og sende samples til godkendelse

PERSONLIG PROFIL

Vi leder efter dig, der:
- Har drive, er selvstændig og elsker at få ting til at ske
- Er struktureret, detaljeorienteret og god til at holde mange bolde i luften
- Har teknisk forståelse og kan sætte dig ind i produktionskrav
- Har flair for god kommunikation og fungerer godt i samarbejde med andre
- Gerne har 2+ års erfaring fra en koordinerende stilling
- Taler og skriver engelsk flydende – andre sprog er et plus
- Er klar på en arbejdsplads med høj energi, korte beslutningsveje og masser af muligheder

Do you have a keen eye for detail and coordination? At Scanavo A/S, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join a global company known for creating some of the coolest packaging solutions for Collector’s Editions in the gaming industry. We’re looking for a dedicated Project & Sales Coordinator to help deliver world-class packaging to some of the biggest names in the business.

PROFILE
At Scanavo, you’ll be a key player in the development of exclusive packaging for international game releases. Expect a dynamic role with significant responsibility and close collaboration with the sales team, European suppliers, and colleagues in Hong Kong. You’ll follow projects from concept to finished product—and have the chance to leave your personal mark on something that ends up in the hands of gamers worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing ideas for Collector’s Editions in collaboration with sales and clients

• Defining specifications and details for packaging solutions

• Sourcing components and materials through our global network

• Preparing and following up on purchase orders and confirmations

• Coordinating labeling and compliance requirements with QA and the client

• Managing artwork templates and ensuring correct delivery

• Creating timelines and freight calculations

• Keeping track of multiple project elements and maintaining close dialogue with clients and colleagues

• Preparing and sending samples for approval

PERSONAL PROFILE
We are looking for someone who:

• Has drive, takes initiative, and enjoys making things happen

• Is structured, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks

• Possesses technical understanding and can comprehend production requirements

• Communicates well and thrives in a collaborative environment

• Ideally has 2+ years of experience in a coordinating role

• Speaks and writes fluent English – additional languages are a plus

• Is ready to join a high-energy workplace with short decision paths and plenty of opportunities

Your attitude and willingness to learn are more important than specific experience!
