Are you ready to come aboard?
As our new Sales Manager, you will play a key role in promoting VIKING Fire’s products and expanding our market presence in the Netherlands (primary focus), as well as Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Slovenia/Croatia. Over time, additional markets may be added.
You will work closely with both direct customers and our network of distributors, agents, and partners. Your role includes tender participation, opportunity scoping, and project-based sales — all in close collaboration with internal specialists who support you with deep product knowledge.
You will be part of the business unit Fire Sales and report to our Sr. Director for Global Fire & Rescue, Lars Kersting. The position is based at our headquarters in Esbjerg with a flexible working culture and the possibility of working from home.

Most importantly, you have the ability to build trust, understand complex customer needs, and drive long-term sales.
We expect that you:
Have experience with B2B sales, ideally with technical products
Are familiar with tender-based processes
Work independently, proactively, and with a high level of curiosity
