Weâre looking for a Sales Director â U.S. Market who is ready to build, dominate, and own our entry into the U.S. travel industry. If you know the right people, understand how to close big deals, and thrive on building something from the ground upâthis is your shot.
What Youâll Do
â Create & Execute the Plan: Develop and implement an aggressive U.S. market entry and sales strategy from day one. No hand-holdingâwe want a leader, not a follower.
â Own the Relationships: Leverage your existing network of U.S.-based travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel advisors. If you donât already have deep industry connections, this isnât the job for you.
â Close High-Value Deals: Weâre looking for someone who can sell with confidence, not just "develop leads." You should know how to convert conversations into contracts.
â Dominate at Trade Shows & Events: Represent Nordis Travel like a bossânetwork, negotiate, and own the room at industry events, trade shows, and meetings.
â Drive Revenue Like a Shark: If youâre not thinking about increasing sales numbers daily, youâre in the wrong role. This is about real revenue, real growth, and real results.
â Adapt & Conquer: Monitor U.S. market trends, adjust sales strategies, and always stay one step ahead of the competition.
Who You Are
đ„Minimum 7â10 years of experience in sales or business development within the travel and tourism industry.
đ„ Well-Connected & Respected: You already have strong relationships with U.S. travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel professionals.
đ„ A Self-Starter with Hustle: You donât wait for opportunitiesâyou create them.
đ„ An Industry Expert: You understand the U.S. travel industry inside out, from its buying cycles to its major players.
đ„ Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: You measure your success in sales, revenue, and partnerships signed.
đ„ A Charismatic Negotiator: You know how to pitch, close, and keep clients coming back for more.
