The Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager with a strong technical background in PCB sales. This role combines commercial responsibility with field application engineering support, making it perfect for candidates who enjoy both growing customer relationships and advising on technical challenges.

While our business focus is strictly on PCB technologies, candidates with prior PCBA experience are highly valued, as this knowledge enables stronger customer support on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and end-to-end optimization insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across Europe.

  • Provide expert technical guidance on PCB stack-ups, tolerances, and manufacturing capabilities.

  • Support customers with DFM reviews to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

  • Collaborate closely with our internal engineering team and approved manufacturing partners.

  • Manage the sales process: lead generation, quotations, follow-ups, and deal closures.

  • Represent Azitech at customer visits, seminars, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in PCB sales (mandatory).

  • Background in PCBA or electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage.

  • Strong technical understanding of PCB technologies and DFM principles.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven, structured, and motivated by customer success.

  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
