Jobbeskrivelse:
Som restaurantchef vil du være ansvarlig for den overordnede drift, performance og kundeoplevelse i restauranten.

Ansvarsområder:

  • Sikre en smidig service under vagter
  • Opretholde renlighed, hygiejne og sikkerhedsstandarder
  • Rekruttere, oplære og planlægge personale
  • Supervisere kokke, tjenere og køkkenpersonale
  • Overvåge medarbejdernes performance og disciplin
  • Sikre, at personalet følger regler for fødevaresikkerhed og arbejdsmiljø
  • Håndtere kundeklager og feedback professionelt
  • Overvåge dagligt salg og kontanthåndtering
  • Udarbejde rapporter (salg, lager, spild)
  • Bestille madvarer, drikkevarer og andre forsyninger
  • Administrere lagerbeholdning og reducere spild
  • Støtte kampagner, tilbud og events
  • Administrere online tilstedeværelse og kundebedømmelser

Kvalifikationer:

  • Minimum 1 års erfaring som restaurantchef
  • Bachelorgrad er en fordel, men ikke et krav
  • Flydende engelsk
  • Gode lederevner og evne til at motivere et team
  • Ansvarsbevidst, struktureret og serviceminded

About Us:
Crispy Corner ApS is a growing restaurant business. We are expanding with a new branch in Herning and are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Odense team and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Job Description:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, performance, and customer satisfaction of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient service during shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Recruit, train, and schedule staff
  • Supervise chefs, waiters, and kitchen staff
  • Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
  • Monitor daily sales and cash handling
  • Prepare reports (sales, inventory, wastage)
  • Order food, beverages, and supplies
  • Manage stock levels and reduce wastage
  • Support promotions, offers, and events
  • Manage online presence and customer reviews

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Responsible, organized, and service-oriented
