Responsible for EU Wholesale and Client Relations
La Cabra is seeking an experienced and driven professional to take responsibility for
EU Wholesale and Client Relations, overseeing partnerships across Europe and ensuring La Cabra’s values of
quality, curiosity, and transparency are consistently reflected in every client interaction.
This role is central to nurturing and growing our wholesale presence in Europe, maintaining close relationships with existing partners, onboarding new accounts, and ensuring that our wholesale clients experience the same dedication to craft that defines La Cabra.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop La Cabra’s wholesale network across Europe, focusing on growth, retention, and alignment with brand standards.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with cafés, restaurants, and distributors.
Ensure clients receive outstanding service, education, and support that reflect La Cabra’s philosophy and standards.
Collaborate closely with the Roastery team in Copenhagen to ensure smooth order flow and accurate demand forecasting.
Partner with Marketing and Operations to identify regional opportunities, launch collaborations, and strengthen market presence.
Lead onboarding and ongoing engagement for new European partners, ensuring alignment in values, quality, and storytelling.
Represent La Cabra at European coffee events, client visits, and trade shows.

Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategy and growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
3–5 years’ experience in specialty coffee or premium F&B wholesale, ideally with a regional or client-facing focus.
Strong understanding of the European coffee landscape, from specialty roasting to café culture.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, authentic, curious, and professional.
Organised and proactive, with the ability to balance multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for specialty coffee and storytelling.
Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially Danish, French, or German) are an advantage.
Based in Copenhagen and willing to travel regularly across Europe
