Job Description:

As a Resin Flooring Operative for Performance Flooring Europe ApS, you will be involved in all aspects of installing resin flooring systems. This includes floor preparation, remedial works, and the installation of various types of epoxy, polyurethane, and MMA screeds, as well as waterproofing and coating systems. The role requires you to work effectively within a team and independently, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Compliance with site rules, company policies, and procedures, including drug and alcohol testing at clients' request, is mandatory. Operatives will work Europe-wide, necessitating a willingness to travel and work away from home when required.

The first place of work will be in 3400 Hillerød, Denmark, from around 11 August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in floor preparation and remedial works for resin flooring installations.
• Install epoxy, polyurethane, and MMA screeds, along with waterproofing and coatingsystems.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Follow site rules and company policies, including conducting drug and alcohol testing as requested by clients.
• Travel and work across Europe as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience and a suitable national qualification in resin flooring are essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with resin systems in high-tech industries such as pharmaceuticals, bioscience, electrical, or data centre environments is required.
  
  

Typical Activities:

• Loading, unloading, maintaining, and safeguarding company equipment.
• Operating handheld and mobile floor preparation equipment (e.g., scabblers, grinders, shot blasters, etc.).
• Mixing and applying resin products according to the manufacturer’s guidance.
• Always ensuring compliance with Health & Safety guidelines, including maintaining a clean and tidy work area and wearing the correct PPE.
• Keeping accurate records of daily activities and completing job file paperwork.
• Maintaining effective communication with both on-site and management teams.
