Copenhagen Capacity is seeking an ambitious Junior Business Analyst for the Investment Promotion department. This is a part-time Student Assistant position, with a focus on contributing to job creation and sustainable growth in the Greater Copenhagen Region.

The Investment Promotion department comprises three teams focused on Life Sciences, Tech, and the Green Transition. You will collaborate with all three teams and support management in the ongoing development of our organisation.

We are looking for a Student Assistant with a strong interest in regional competitiveness and performance in an international context. Relevant themes include market analysis, segmentation, statistics, rankings, business clusters, new technology, innovation, start-ups, incubators, and benchmarking of indicators such as wage levels and taxation systems.

About you
We expect that you:

  • Have completed, or are in the final stages of, a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Possess a flair for numbers and economics, and an analytical mindset that enables you to identify strengths and weaknesses in analytical approaches.
  • Work in a structured and reliable manner, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
  • Both Danish and English at a high level, written and spoken.
  • Are available to work approximately 15 hours per week on average.

About us
The Investment Promotion department includes around 10 full-time employees with backgrounds in private enterprises, ministries, and other organisations. Your responsibilities will include supporting consultants with a mix of routine administrative tasks and more complex analytical assignments, desk research, and occasional assistance at customer and networking events. Across departments, Copenhagen Capacity has 10 student employees. We encourage active participation in fostering a dynamic and inclusive student environment within our organisation, which comprises 40 employees of 12 nationalities.
