  • Cutting-edge research in quantum devices, sensing, communication, and computing
  • Advanced infrastructure , including DTU Nanolab’s state-of-the-art fabrication and characterization facilities
  • Strategic partnerships with European projects, industry leaders, and standardization bodies

Our ambition is clear: to position Denmark—and DTU—at the forefront of the European and global quantum ecosystem.

To help realize this vision, we are looking for up to two Project Managers to play a central role in coordinating and advancing our efforts across research, innovation, education, and policy.

  • Communication and Outreach : Drive visibility through effective communication, event planning, outreach, and a regular newsletter that shares updates, opportunities, and activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination : Serve as the central point of contact across DTU departments and research groups to align activities, facilitate knowledge sharing, and map internal and external ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Workshops and Delegations : Plan and execute workshops, networking events, and delegation visits to foster collaboration between academia, industry, and government.
  • Presentation and Reporting : Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations for management, partners, and funding bodies

  • Knowledge of EU research and innovation programs (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EuroHPC) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage, but not required)
  • The ability to work independently, navigate complexity, and turn ideas into concrete results
