We are looking for one experienced Project Manager and two Junior Project Managers to join a major pharmaceutical client in Hillerød. 

You will be part of an Operational Readiness team preparing a new production facility for GMP-compliant operations.

Project Manager - Operational Readiness

In this role, you will:

• Lead planning and execution of the operational readiness track
• Coordinate with stakeholders across production, quality, and operations
• Manage project plans, resources, interdependencies, and risks
• Ensure readiness testing and handover into operations

You bring:

• A relevant degree and 5+ years’ experience in pharma project management
• Strong understanding of GMP and transitioning from project to operations
• Proven experience in matrix and fast-growing organizations
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Junior Project Managers (x2)

As a Jr. PM, you will:

• Support execution of readiness activities across training, calibration, facility, and maintenance
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the PMO
• Prepare presentations and reports for project and steering teams
• Liaise with Finance and Procurement on project documentation

You bring:

• A relevant academic background in Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy
• Initial experience in project coordination (pharma experience preferred)
• Solid communication skills and structured approach
• Fluency in English is required
