If so, the Transitional Energies division is seeking someone like you to join us as our new Project Manager!

Your position
As the Project Manager within our Transitional Energies, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the operational activities of our Service department. Your focus will be to ensure the high-quality delivery of service and installation scopes on multiple sites in Denmark.

You will be working with a team of dedicated Service Engineers who are experts in their field and share your passion for excellence. Together, you will have a significant impact on the safety and success of global projects that meet the world's increasing energy demand.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ in Esbjerg by the seafront, with one of the best views in the city. The position is full-time, and the annual travel days range from 20 – 30 days.

Your tasks & responsibilities
Your main area of responsibility in this role, will include overseeing project management and commissioning, as well as leading tender activities. You will leverage your exceptional stakeholder management skills to clearly define roles and responsibilities across diverse departments and teams, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage Service and Installation projects
  • Assist with tendering for service projects
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders
  • Organize and participate in client meetings
  • Define the scope and strategic direction of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with requirements and business needs
  • Create detailed project management plans, budgets, and other documents
  • Assign, prioritize and supervise project tasks and their completion
  • Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities

Your profile & qualifications
As a person, we imagine that you have strong leadership skills and a great commercial and strategic mindset. You are a responsible leader who actively collaborates with your team through clear communication.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • A relevant education, preferably with a background as a certified craftsman from the metal industry
  • Knowledge of the below standards will be a strong advantage in the position
    § DS/EN ISO 3834
    § DS/EN 1090
    § DS/EN 13480
  • Has experience as a site foreman or project manager within mechanical service, steel assembly or site installation
  • Experience with Service/Installation Projects, Project Management and Stakeholder Management
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English & Danish, verbal and written is a must
  • Computer skills, proficient
  • Knowledge of safety standards relevant to Project Management
