BECH Personale is seeking, on behalf of our client, several dedicated and hardworking colleagues for their day shift in production.

About the job:

You will become an essential part of the daily production work, which includes tasks such as:

• Pouring concrete
• Reinforcement, insulation, and finishing of concrete elements
• Various other production-related tasks
• There is an opportunity to expand your skills over time by attending relevant training courses.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:15 – with the possibility of overtime when needed.

We imagine that you:

• Have experience in production, agriculture, or other physical labor
• Can speak and understand Danish or English (non-negotiable requirement)
• Are reliable, flexible, and take responsibility
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Hold a forklift license (required)
• A crane certificate is not required but considered an advantage.
