About the Role

As a Product Developer, you will support the development, optimisation, and documentation of Juliana Group’s products. You will work closely with the Product Development Director and collaborate with teams across design, production, supply chain, and marketing. This role is perfect for someone organised, technically minded, and motivated by quality craftsmanship and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day product development activities, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Support the design, testing, and evaluation of new products, collaborating with internal teams and external partners

• Optimise existing products through design, material, or process improvements

• Gather and analyse product feedback to improve customer experience

• Maintain technical documentation, product sheets, and assembly instructions

• Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives

Your Profile

• Positive, proactive, and curious mindset with strong organisational skills

• Hands-on, creative thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability

• Minimum 3 years in product, project, or technical support roles

• Background in product development, manufacturing, or design is an advantage

• Proficient in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with animation or media creation is a plus

• Strong technical understanding and an eye for design

• Fluent in English and Danish
