Actona Group is seeking a dedicated procurement coordinator whose main focus is to ensure the most efficient and coordinated operation of a portfolio of key suppliers focusing on speed and quality.

About the job

As the procurement coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative and daily operation of your portfolio of suppliers in close cooperation with category managers. Efficient operation and keeping deadlines without backflow together with a high quality- and service level with a very low margin of error, are key factors in the job as a procurement coordinator at Actona Group.

With your proactivity and enthusiasm for achieving results, you will help ensure progress in our daily tasks and projects to ensure we deliver high quality to our customers.

Key tasks

• Order placement, follow up and other administrative tasks in procurement.
• Contributing to the overall goals according to the written procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure efficient and coordinated operation of suppliers.
• Proactive focus on the supplier´s performance related to the goals and strategy in the procurement department and for Actona Group.
• High performance on speed with quality on daily operation, but also your personal quality level.
• Good understanding of Actona Group´s supply chain and value chain.
• Starting up new development tasks in cooperation with category managers.
• Solution-oriented actions with the customer in focus and a high information and communication level.
• Creating and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and other departments in Actona Group.
• Ensure high performance of key figures from the suppliers; OTD, LT, capacity, penalties etc.
• Creating and maintaining close cooperation with suppliers to assure the best possible service to our customers.

Who are you?

You have a relevant educational background and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You are an effective communicator who thrives with a systematic approach to daily operations, and you can see the bigger picture.
