We are looking for a new colleague for the cruise operations in Denmark!

The work entails handling administration, logistics and operations for various international cruise lines calling Danish ports in the 2025 cruise season.

Duties:

- Administration duties/handling requests from cruise ships

- Ships clearance in Denmark (Copenhagen & other cruise ports)

- Contact with Danish ports and authorities etc.

We are looking for the following:

 - Excellent communication skills in English. Danish is an advantage.

- Service minded, problem solver and ready to work in a challenging environment

- MS Office & business software skills

- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Experience from ship agency, cruise, hotel, tourism et cetera is a plus

The workplace will be in Nordhavn in Copenhagen.

Temporary position for approx. 6 months from April – October. Salary as per agreement.
