About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Learning & Development Specialist to join our Group HR team at DANX Carousel. You will play a key role in administrating and coordinating our employee learning solutions across multiple countries, supporting projects that drive continuous development and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the HR Development Manager in delivering learning and development projects.
- Plan and coordinate general management workshops and training sessions across the group.
- Manage virtual, blended, and technology-enabled learning initiatives.
- Administer e-learning platforms and tools such as our e-Academy, Performance Management system, and engagement surveys.
- Maintain the learning calendar and communicate new learning opportunities via the company intranet.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong understanding of how people learn and grow, with a keen interest in e-learning solutions.
- Good communication skills, empathy, flexibility, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to plan, organize, and take ownership of your tasks.
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse teams across multiple countries.
- Bonus: Knowledge of psychometrics, performance management and/or human development is a plus.
