Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound travel-related inquiries and bookings from clients
Create customized tour programs that match clients' specific needs and preferences
Provide expert advice to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Take proactive responsibility in handling any unexpected or urgent situations that may arise during group tours
Provide customer support and follow up on itineraries, schedules, and service quality
Profile Required:
Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in tour operations within the Scandinavian region is highly preferred.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required
