We're Hiring: Operations & Facility Coordinator
Be the powerhouse behind our production and workplace operations!

Are you hands-on, proactive, and ready to take on a versatile role in a growing company? We're looking for a dedicated Operations & Facility Coordinator to join our team and support both our production/warehouse operations and facility maintenance. A dynamic role in an international environment where your impact will be seen and appreciated every day.

What You'll Do
In this multifaceted role, your responsibilities will include:

Production & Warehouse

• Operating and overseeing production equipment
• Assisting in the manufacturing and packaging of products
• Managing shipping documentation and order handling
• Performing general warehouse tasks and logistics support

Facility Maintenance

• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Keep the workplace running smoothly and safely

• Outgoing with strong communication skills
• Able to stay calm and organized under pressure
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• A team player with a good sense of initiative
• Technically minded – a bonus if you’re good with tools and equipment
• Physically fit – some lifting required

Requirements

• Fluent in both spoken and written English (our working language)
• Valid forklift license – this is a must
