Night Shift Pickers – Horsens (Sunday–Thursday, 22:00–07:00)

BECH Personale is looking for experienced Pickers to join warehouse operations in Horsens on the night shift.

About the Job

You’ll be part of a dedicated warehouse team responsible for picking goods accurately and efficiently during the night shift. The work involves voice-controlled picking in Danish, so you must be able to understand Danish numbers and pronounce them clearly while working.

Your main tasks include:

• Picking goods using headset (voice picking system)

• Operating electric pallet lifters (fast runners)

• Ensuring orders are picked correctly and on time

• Keeping your work area tidy and safe

This is a long-term position, so candidates planning extended holidays (until middle of January) are not suited for this role.

About You

• Experience with voice picking systems

• Experience operating a fast runner / electric pallet lifter

• Can understand Danish numbers (0–100)

• Can pronounce Danish numbers (0–10)

• Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused

• Comfortable working night shifts

Work Hours

• Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 – 07:00

• Option to work on Fridays as well
