Warehouse Operator – Day & Evening Shifts in Horsens

Do you have warehouse experience and enjoy varied tasks where forklift driving is only part of the job?
BECH Personale is looking for a versatile Warehouse Operator for one of our clients in the Horsens area.

You will become part of a dedicated warehouse team where flexibility, cooperation, and quality are key elements of daily operations.

About the Position

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an active warehouse environment and appreciates a varied workday. You will be involved in the daily warehouse operations and work closely with your colleagues across multiple tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating a forklift (a valid forklift certificate is required)

• Picking and preparing goods for shipment

• Supporting colleagues with general warehouse tasks when needed

• Restocking shelves and keeping storage areas organised

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and structured working environment

Working Hours

• Day shift: 07:00 – 15:00 or 08:00 - 16:00

• Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:00

Both shifts end 30 minutes earlier on Fridays.
Training will take place on the day shift, after which there is the possibility to move to the evening shift.

About You

We expect that you:

• Have experience working in a warehouse

• Hold a valid forklift certificate

• Have a positive attitude toward learning new routines

• Enjoy varied tasks and working closely with your team

• Are reliable, responsible, and bring a positive work attitude

• Can communicate in either Danish or English
