- Has a strong work ethic and thrives on taking responsibility

- Is quality-conscious and takes pride in good craftsmanship
- Is a good colleague, reliable in attendance, and physically fit
- Can communicate in Danish or English
- Preferably has experience with CNC – but it’s not a requirement, as the right attitude is highly valued
