QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• At least 3 years of experience of operational technician work preferably within the Wind Industry
• High proficiency within daily operations of Offshore Generation
• Experience in SAP, especially within service execution processes
• Capabilities in doing change management
• Ability to do training
• High proficiency in English
• Dare to take the responsibility
• Proactive and self-engagement
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail
• Process orientated
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide daily service minded support for sites having centralized support function within service execution and supply chain processes
• Being the systems support executor within developments and/or initiatives within BA Wind
• Promote and advise on business process topics and train end users and facilitate full understanding of BA Wind business processes
• Define, advise and support sites within Offshore Generation in the business requirements, the set up and preparation of the maintenance systems within implementation initiatives
• The Systems Support is the role that secure that all users know ways of working within maintenance systems provided for operation of the WTG’s
• Systems Support deliver support to implementation projects, development projects and to the daily users of the different systems provided for during maintenance
• Manage and act on incoming support tasks via ticketing system
• Drive investigation and resolution with ticket requestor and other involved stakeholders
• Being the main driver within ongoing Offshore Generation activities with systems setup, required configuration, preparations and testing for service execution and supply chain processes
• Follow Maintenance Systems Governance model and way of working
• Execute end user trainings
• Develop service execution capabilities alongside process and system development
• Develop, in a close cooperation with System Experts, internal processes and tools to improve efficiency in systems support handling
