We are looking for a skilled and experienced sous chef who wants to be part of an ambitious and hard working kitchen team.

You must be a level headed, fair and strong leader, who is able to orchestrate a busy kitchen where timing is of the essens.

We expect you to have a good understanding of how to hold a budget, and both have eyes on expenses, saving and hours used.

It is also very important, that you know how to set an example and that you are a role model to the kitchen team.

A big part of your job will be to ensure that we keep the highest standards in the kitchen in terms of quality, hygiene, and energy. Furthermore, you will have a role to play in changing, developing and perfecting our menu together with our head chef.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

◦           Leading, mentoring and managing the kitchen staff.

◦           Make sure all the food we serve is living up to our high    standards.

◦           Create prep lists for the kitchen staff.

◦           Handle ordering and communicate with suppliers.

◦           Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations

◦           Making sure we are always properly staffed in the kitchen.



You will be part of a dedicated team under the leadership of our head chef. Together you and he will be responsible for food for both employees, our day to day guests and our lager events.
