In early 2023 we released NEO, a pioneering one-of-a-kind self-admin tool for airlines. This has turned out to be a true game changer, tripling our sales, and its potential is much bigger.
We believe this is just the beginning: Our mission is to streamline flight operations in every airline and we need more hands. We are now looking for an ambitious and experienced Account Executive to join us on this exciting journey. Make no mistake, this is a demanding role with high targets and expectations to meet, but if you thrive in that, IFS will be the place where you learn a ton, have tons of fun, and make great bonuses.
Your Role
- Master the ins and outs of our product, understanding both current and future functionalities and convey their value to prospects.
- Engage in creative multi-channel cold and hot outreach, including email, LinkedIn, and direct calls.
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Work autonomously, but with the support of our ambitious and positive team.
- Use cutting-edge tools and automation to the extreme to optimize the sales cycle, and continue to evolve the process as we go.
- Attend conferences and visit airlines worldwide, together with our team.
- Initially work with our smaller deals around $25k, getting bigger deals as you progress and prove traction. Our goal is for you to grow into handling the entire pipeline.
Who We Are Looking For
We're on the hunt for exceptional talent – those who thrive in the fast-paced, results-driven environment of successful startups. Your background should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in high-performance sales teams in a SaaS startup/scaleup for over 2 years.
- Ability to grasp technical products quickly and convey their value effectively to potential clients.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a flair for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Comfort with occasionally long sales cycles, displaying patience, creativity and a "never give up" attitude.
- Strong organizational skills to manage numerous leads and follow-ups without dropping any balls.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or the like.
