A busy family is looking for a flexible and responsible Personal Assistant who can handle both regular tasks and ongoing ad hoc assignments in and around the home. You will become the family’s practical right hand and enjoy a varied workday. We offer an excellent salary, and the position is part-time.

Your primary responsibilities

Regular weekly tasks:
• Laundry and organizing wardrobes
• Changing bed linen
• Lawn mowing during the summer months
• Tidying
• Light cleaning

Ad hoc tasks (as needed):
• Practical assistance around the home
• Picking up and looking after children
• Minor repairs and coordination with tradespeople
• Coordinating small development and improvement projects
• Contact with service providers (window cleaners, patio cleaners, etc.)
• Trips to the recycling station
• Car-related tasks (washing, inspection, service)
• Gardening
• Other practical tasks as agreed

We offer:
• Monthly salary of 35,000 DKK
• Annual bonus up to 50,000 DKK
• 25 hours per week
• 1–2 weekend days per month
• 6 weeks of paid holiday, typically aligned with school holidays

We are looking for someone who:
• Is male or female, approximately 30–50 years old
• Is proactive, organized, and reliable
• Preferably has a higher education
• Holds a driver’s licence
• Is technically competent (e.g. comfortable using digital tools such as ChatGPT)
• Does not necessarily speak Danish
• Thrives with flexibility and a varied workday
