At UXV Technologies, we’re looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Legal & HR department. Whether you're currently completing your cand.jur. or have recently graduated, this is an opportunity to get hands-on experience in a growing tech company where legal work matters.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Legal and support a wide range of legal areas – from commercial contracts to GDPR, IP, employment law and immigration topics. We are looking for someone structured, proactive, and motivated by the prospect of translating legal knowledge into real impact.

• Support the drafting, reviewing, and updating of legal documents, including commercial contracts, license agreements, NDAs, and data processing agreements
• Assist with GDPR-related compliance tasks and internal guidance
• Work with legal matters related to employment law and international employment (including immigration law)
• Support our IP strategy and help ensure our rights are protected through trademarks and licensing
• Perform legal research and prepare internal legal briefings
• Support with correspondence to authorities, partners, and vendors
• Help maintain legal templates and internal guidelines

• Currently enrolled in a Cand.jur. or Cand.merc.jur. program (preferably bachelor’s final year or master’s level)
• Interest in working across fields such as contract law, GDPR, IP rights, employment law, and international mobility
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in your work
• Capable of translating legal concepts into clear business communication
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English
• Based in the Capital Region or willing to commute to Ishøj
