About Us

SMAG Carlsberg Byen ApS is a vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen’s Carlsberg Byen district. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality meals, excellent hospitality, and a friendly working environment. As we expand, we are now looking to recruit two passionate and skilled cooks to join our kitchen team.

Position: Full-time Cook (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu standards.

• Assist with daily kitchen operations: mise-en-place, food preparation, plating, cleaning, inventory.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant (preferred).

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication in English and/or Danish.

• Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills.

• Willingness to follow instructions and maintain standards for quality and hygiene.
