Responsibilities for the Couple (Shared & Individual):

As a Cohesive Team, You Will:

  • Work in harmony to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.

  • Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and lead by example.

Head Chef – Primary Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development & Quality Control: Take the lead in designing, creating, and costing out new and seasonal menus. Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our strict standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

  • Kitchen Management: Oversee all daily kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and plating.

  • Inventory & Ordering: Manage kitchen inventory and be responsible for placing accurate and cost-effective orders with suppliers.

  • Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the kitchen team.

Sous Chef / Assistant Chef – Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef: Act as the Head Chef's right hand, seamlessly executing their vision and stepping in to lead when necessary.

  • Preparation & Execution: Meticulously prepare ingredients, manage mise en place, and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.

  • Quality & Cleanliness: Actively participate in quality control and take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation and kitchen.

  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with all team members to ensure timely service.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • As a Couple: Must have proven experience working together in a professional kitchen environment.

  • Head Chef: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of developed menus.

  • Sous Chef / Assistant Chef: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen.

  • Culinary Skills: Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.

  • Creativity: A demonstrated ability to develop and innovate new dishes.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong skills in inventory management, ordering, and kitchen organization.

  • Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a true team player.

  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Food Safety: Knowledge of HACCP or relevant food safety standards is required.
