About the Role: We are looking for a responsible, hands-on head of Kitchen assistant who can take the restaurant’s daily operations and lead our small team. This role combines culinary skills with leadership and organizational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and participate in daily kitchen and restaurant operations
• Prepare ingredients before opening
• Lead food preparation and maintain quality during service
• Coordinate kitchen assistants and front-of-house staff on shift rotations
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards
• Report regularly on operational performance and improvements
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong sense of responsibility and leadership
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently
• Experience or interest in managing a small restaurant team
• Passion for cooking and hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Danish and English: able to communicate effectively.
