We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst for our client in the Pharma Industry. You will be working closely with the Process Optimisation Information Technology System (POInT), which collects data in real-time from various production lines and makes data easily accessible to calculate Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) in the organisation. The platform makes data easily accessible to develop several front-end Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) products to help improve our production processes. Key technologies used are Ignition, Kepware,Azure, and Alteryx/Tableau.

 

Location: Greater Copenhagen area, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Database Management, or similar field with 2+years of relevant work experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with strong English fluency
• Data analytical skills, preferably within Alteryx, Tableau & PowerBI
• Experience or knowledge within systems such as SCADA and PLC
• Experience or knowledge within frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework, SQL Querying, Databases, and Azure DevOps is a plus
• Demonstrate a background in both business and IT, along with familiarity with production systems
• Experience from pharma, advantage
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Strong English skills - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Acting as a liaison between the LoB/end users and IT systems development teams
• Conducting requirements gathering, and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system(i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)
• Supporting and participating in implementation activities, while also engaging in data quality improvement initiatives
