About us:

Indian Kitchen by Prem didi is an authentic and lively Indian restaurant in Paladspassagen Social Dining, that brings the flavorful cuisine of north-India to Vejle. We pride ourselves on our delicious food, warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere.
We are very busy and need another headchef to complete our team.
You will be part of a team of 7-8 employees.
We are open every day of the year from 11-21, so you will share the title with our current head chef.

Your tasks:

As a headchef at Indian Kitchen by Prem didi your tasks wil be:

✔ Be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen

✔ Develop and improve our menu, in collaboration with CEO Prem Didi and our second head chef.

✔ Ensure that our guests have a fantastic experience. Your tasks include:

✔ Welcoming guests with a smile

✔ handles the daily cash settlement

We are looking for you who:

✔ Have experience from the Indian restaurant industry (North Indian food is preferable (possibly Nepalese))

✔ Are friendly, welcoming and service-minded

✔ Can work in a busy environment

✔ Have good communication skills in English (preferably Danish too)

✔ Are flexible and can work evenings, weekends and holidays
