What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and monitoring worldwide flights, including weather analysis, routing, performance, and weight & balance.
• Coordinating ground handling, PPRs, traffic rights, slots, fuel arrangements, and NOTAMs.
• Communicating directly with flight crews.
• Managing crew planning, duty schedules, and rest limitations.
• Conducting flight watch and operational follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in flight dispatch (civil or military) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
• A service-minded, responsible, and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to high standards.
• A genuine passion for aviation.
• Structured and systematic work habits.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and shift patterns.
• Ability to handle high workloads with composure.
• A strong team player who values diversity and collaboration.
• Preferably a local resident or someone residing in the Nordic countries or EU. You must at least have citizenship in an EEA country.
• Strong IT skills and quick adaptability to new systems (we use MS Office, LEON, and PPS).

Employment Details:

• Full-time position (37 hours/week), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
