Nash Polering is a professional cleaning and facility services company based in Hasselager. Due to increased activity and expansion, we are now looking to hire three (3) full-time employees to strengthen our team:

• 2 Cleaning & Supervisory Staff

• 1 Cleaning Manager (Rengøringschef)

Positions Available

1) Cleaning & Supervisory Staff (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks at commercial and residential locations

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Supervise and support cleaning staff on site

• Check quality of completed work and report issues

• Assist with coordination of daily tasks

Requirements

• Experience in professional cleaning is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Basic supervisory experience is an advantage

• Good communication skills in English or Danish

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

2) Cleaning Manager / Cleaning Supervisor (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for daily cleaning operations

• Planning and coordination of cleaning schedules and staff

• Supervision, training, and support of cleaning teams

• Quality control and follow-up with clients

• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

• Reporting to company management

Requirements

• Experience as a cleaning supervisor or cleaning manager

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Experience with staff coordination and quality control

• Ability to work independently and make decisions

• Good communication skills in English or Danish

• Responsible, structured, and service-minded
