Position: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the company. This includes strategic planning, improving operational processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all service areas.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically oversee all company operations and implement growth initiatives

• Monitor staffing, projects, budgets, and key performance indicators

• Develop operational procedures, quality assurance systems, and best practices

• Lead recruitment and professional development of staff

• Manage client relationships, ensuring proactive service delivery

• Work with senior leadership to define and execute business goals

Qualifications:

• Significant operations management experience, preferably within cleaning or facility services

• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills

• Comfortable with budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics

• Results-oriented with proactive problem-solving ability

• Fluent in Danish and English
