Grain & Protein Technologies is looking for a proactive IT Support Technician with strong experience in Operational Technology (OT) to support and optimize our manufacturing systems. You’ll work hands-on with technologies like PLCs, SCADA, MES, and more to keep our operations secure, efficient, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage OT systems in a manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure system uptime
• Collaborate across IT and production teams to deliver process improvements
• Implement cybersecurity best practices
• Provide documentation and user training

About You

• 5+ years’ IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Skilled in OT systems like PLCs, SCADA, and MES
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Associate/Technical degree or equivalent experience needed.
