For Mads Bendt, Director & Chief Innovation Officer, TRDP

TRDP develops advanced drone solutions and is looking for a responsible, technically skilled and service-minded person who can support both our technical development work and assist the director in daily tasks.

This position may be especially relevant for candidates from Ukraine living in Denmark, who have strong practical/technical skills and speak English fluently.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a combined role with both hands-on technical tasks and practical day-to-day assistance.

About Mads Bendt

I am 59 years old and work as Director and Chief Innovation Officer at TRDP. As a wheelchair user, part of the position includes personal assistance, combined with technical development tasks.

You will work closely with me in a dynamic workday that alternates between workshop tasks, development activities, meetings, presentations, and practical logistics.

Your Responsibilities

Technical / Workshop-Based Innovation Assistance

• Manufacturing prototypes in metal and using 3D printing

• Technical sparring and idea development

• Light metalworking and small mechanical assemblies

• Working from technical drawings

Personal Assistance

• Supporting daily work activities, meetings, presentations, events, transport, and practical logistics

• Assisting in situations where extra mobility support is needed

• Helping with writing, documentation, and calendar coordination

• Acting as a flexible “all-round” support function with both language and technical capabilities

The job requires professionalism, calmness and discretion, as you will work closely with one person.

Experience with electronics, wire harnessing, CNC or similar is an advantage – even at hobby level.

We Expect

• Experience with 3D printing, light metalworking or workshop tasks – from work or hobby (e.g., model aircraft, mechanics, electronics)

• A service-minded attitude and an understanding of a role that combines technical tasks with personal assistance

• Previous experience as a personal helper (e.g., disability assistance) is a plus, but not required

• The ability to work closely with another person and support on several levels

• At least basic IT skills – CAD experience is an advantage

• You speak English clearly and fluently. Ukrainian is an advantage.
