At Semco Maritime, we are looking for a dedicated HSE Specialist to support our growing portfolio of projects across offshore wind and related energy solutions. In our HSE department, we support both short- and long-term operations for onshore and offshore projects worldwide. To strengthen our team, we are seeking an HSE professional who is motivated by improving safety performance, building strong safety cultures, and supporting project teams in delivering safe, compliant, and sustainable solutions.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect regular site visits (on- and offshore – primarily as sole representative from HSE deaprtment) and occasional travel to other Semco Maritime locations. Around 25–30 travel days per year should be expected.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As an HSE Specialist, you will support multiple types of projects across Semco Maritime’s divisions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, service leads, and operational teams to ensure that all activities are planned and executed within the HSE requirements.
