We are looking for a proactive HSE Officer as a key player for NorSea in the NorSPIE consortium. 
NorSPIE is a consortium between SPIE Energy Danmark and NorSea Denmark who work closely together on the General Maintenance Contract (GMC) for our client’s production platforms in the Danish offshore sector. The team consists of competent Danish and Expat colleagues who plan and coordinate maintenance activities offshore in collaboration with the offshore-based teams.

Who are you?

• Experience in risk analysis, safety management, or systems engineering
• Preferably offshore experience 
• Experience with ISO management
• Administratively strong, experienced PC user
• Independent and structured
• You are motivated by teamwork
• Outgoing and courageous
• Thrives with multiple projects at the same time as day-to-day operations
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating HSE activities with reference to HSE Manager, together the department managers
• Development and follow up on HSE plans and Objectives
• Implementation and follow-up on HSE policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections
• Follow up on HSE-audit action plans
• HSE Incident registration and follow up
• Conduct HSE visits offshore on our client’s facilities
• Actively participate in HSE campaigns 
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the HSE culture
• Other HSE Related tasks and activities
• Analyze incident trends and propose systemic improvements
