To support our growth we are seeking an outgoing and experienced HR Manager to join our team here in Aarhus. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of HR best practices, a strategic mindset and a passion for fostering an awesome company culture.

We’ve established ourselves as a leading provider of cloud-based call center software, serving customers in more than 35 countries on all continents in the world (although not Antarctica, yet!).
Our software is designed to help businesses streamline their sales processes with automation, multi-channel messaging, voice enabled services and workforce surveillance. We are known for our user-friendly interface, advanced feature set and fantastic customer support.

What you will be doingAs our HR Manager you won’t just be managing – you will be shaping the very heart of our company. You will have a key role in building a high-performing, engaged and cohesive team that will drive Adversus to even greater heights.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and be part of the management team, ensuring that our HR efforts align with the company’s strategic goals. We offer a competitive salary, full dental and health insurance, and a pension plan.
How we see you
A strategic HR professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR management, ideally within a tech or high-growth company.
A proactive leader with a passion for building strong teams and fostering a positive company culture.
Highly skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
An excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
Fluent in Danish or English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple tasks while being willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategic recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent, ensuring that our team grows in alignment with our business needs.
Talent Development: Design and oversee employee development programs that promote skill enhancement, career growth, and leadership development.
Performance Management: Establish and manage a structured approach to performance management, ensuring that all team members are aligned with our company’s goals and objectives.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with our marketing team to position Adversus as an employer of choice, both locally and globally.
HR Policies: Create and maintain HR policies that comply with legal standards and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Onboarding: Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
