About Køge Hospital Project Team I/S (KHPT)
Køge Hospital Project Team I/S (KHPT) is a joint venture between two leading Italian construction companies, Itinera and CMB. The Køge Hospital Project is a major expansion and renovation of the existing University Hospital in Køge. Once completed, the hospital will host extended specialist departments and new research facilities, bringing Zealand’s university hospitals together under one roof.
The Role
From an HR perspective, we are seeking a motivated and structured HR Assistant to support the Human Resources function with daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with people, processes, and data, and who is looking to build a career within Human Resources in an international project environment.
Key Responsibilities
As HR Assistant, you will support the HR team across a broad range of activities, including:
Providing day-to-day administrative support across HR functions
Assisting with salary checks, HR procedures, and compliance-related activities
Supporting recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, and employee mobility activities
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation
Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
Skills and Experience
From an HR standpoint, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Confidence as an experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and service-minded approach to supporting employees and managers
