Then you might be our new Feel Good Manager who leads the charge in making guests feel like they're staying with friends.

About the Job: The Art of Leading with All Your Octopus Arms

As the Feel Good Manager, you're the brain and the hands (all eight of them!) of the whole operation. Your main mission is to empower your team of heroes to create a homey, happy environment, but you'll also be in the thick of it with them.

As the Chief Superhero, you will:

• Lead with a smile and an ironclad suitcase full of positivity, even when it feels like the whole world is checking in at once.
• Coach and guide your Feel Good Heroes, helping them find their own "3 S's" and become hospitality ninjas.
• Be the master of multitasking, able to book rooms and check in guests while simultaneously prepping breakfast and refilling the coffee.
• Notice the little things, like when a guest needs a chat or when the tables need a good wipe-down. You're the one who sets the standard for detail.
• Be the ultimate team player. You know that sometimes, leadership means grabbing a cloth, wiping a crumb, and showing your team that no job is too small.
• Talk to people! You'll charm guests with your friendly chats and make sure Maria and Alexander from Berlin get the right bus to the station, even if you’re in the middle of sending an email.
• Be good at English (and good in Danish would be nice of course). Your communication skills are key to keeping everyone happy—your team, your guests, and us!

You don't need to be a management guru from a fancy business school. If you can handle an online shopping spree, you can handle our computer system. We’re looking for a leader with great vibes, not just great bullet points on a resume.

• Sweet: You are a natural-born helper and a great coach. You want to see your team and your guests happy.
• Smart: You're a practical leader who can spot problems before they happen and get things done. You lead with action, not just words.
• Smile: Your smile is your superpower, and you're excellent at making others comfortable and happy.

We’re not hung up on your background. If you’ve managed a team of rocket scientists or run a family lemonade stand, as long as you have the right attitude, we can show you the ropes of hotel management.
