JOIN OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TEAM
As a Health Care Specialist, you’ll join our Social Responsibility team within the central PEOPLE department in Denmark. We are a team of eight close-knit colleagues dedicated to fostering a supportive work culture where every employee feels cared for and empowered to thrive. Our responsibility is to develop and maintain policies, processes, and partnerships in BESTSELLER's global social responsibility area — covering health, safety, benefits, engagement, and well-being, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
YOUR IMPACT
As Health Care Specialist, your proactive and empathetic approach plays a key role in preventing sickness, as well as supporting our Danish colleagues and managers during long-term sick leave and ensuring a smooth return to work. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate the complexities of public and private health services.
